The year 1986 was the fifth year
the award was given and the first
time the Order of the Pineapple
was given to two people in one
year. This became more-or-less a
tradition.
1986
The fifth time the award was given dates to 18 January 1986, or 18 Chaos 3152.  Like
all the awards given by the original group, the specific reasons are not listed.
The club was undergoing transitions by 1986, and most of the original Ĕk-sĕn-trĭks
Cluborguild members had moved on. It was time to honor the most active members before
the memory faded.

Cat Dancing, who had actually wanted the member name Prudence after the Beatles Song,
was named after
The Man Who Loved Cat Dancing and Raggmopp was named after the
novelty song "Rag Mop" or "Ragg Mopp" by Johnnie Lee Wills and Deacon Anderson.

Both were once seen in a Denny's restaurant sitting on either side of and hand-feeding
fellow OP honoree
Alien.
CAT DANCING
Cat Dancing was a charter member of the club and one of the most active. She was
apparently the one who came up with the idea of making Christmas ornaments to
ransom
The Unknown Homecoming Queen (candidate) and was in charge of the project.
Like many of the originals, she played GURPS and had some involvement in the SCA.
She was also the inspiration for Cat Dancing Day, also called Foot Fetish Day and
Pussyfoot Day. It was at a party of the Ĕk-sĕn-trĭks Cluborguild where two of the
members consumed food off her body including licking ketchup off of her feet.

RAGGMOPP
Raggmopp
It was Raggmopp who was founding president of COHATH (Council of History and the
Humanities), the club that sponsored
The Unknown Homecoming Queen (candidate)
before the Ĕk-sĕn-trĭks Cluborguild was formally recognized. Raggmopp was sometimes
"kidnapped" by club founders
Alien and Zeus. She was a core member of a group of
friends that continued after they left the college, although she was not active in either
GURPS or the SCA. She had been active in theatre, and performed at the college
before the cluborguild began.
